Softball Hitting & Fielding Instructor
The 1st Source Bank Performance Center would like to welcome Lilly Thorn as a softball instructor to our facility.
Lilly is a dedicated softball instructor with a strong background as both a player and coach. A 2019 graduate of Penn High School, Lilly concluded her senior season with an impressive .391 batting average and .462 on-base percentage, earning recognition for her skill, discipline, and leadership on the field. She continued her softball career at Indiana University South Bend, where she further developed her technical expertise and deepened her love for the game.
Now entering her fourth season with John Adams High School, Lilly coaches under the leadership of Jami Redman. During her time with the program, she has helped raise the team’s overall batting average by .031, positioning the team above the national average for 2025. Specializing in hitting and outfielding, Lilly is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, refine their mechanics, and reach their full potential.
Inspired by her father’s legacy, Lilly continues to share her love for softball with integrity, energy, and purpose—instilling not only athletic skill but also the values of teamwork, perseverance, and respect for the game.
