The 2023 season will be Patrick's second season as the Operations Manager with the 1st Source Bank Performance Center and the South Bend Cubs. He graduated from Trine University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing.

Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs, he worked with the University of Notre Dame athletic department in event management and the RecSports department, plus he was the student manager for the Trine University hockey program. He got his start in Minor League baseball in 2019 by doing an internship for the South Bend Cubs in Ticket Sales.

Patrick is a South Bend native. In his free time, he enjoys watching sporting events, golfing, spending time outside and spending quality time with his family and pets.
